All jobs are allocated a dedicated Contracts Manager who is responsible for meeting the homeowner's expectations, managing trades and works on site, and keeping within the schedule budget.
They understand that the customer is likely to have never made an insurance claim before and therefore they are there to answer any queries or give reassurances at any time throughout the claim process.
Building a relationship with the customer is a key role of the Contracts Manager, giving the customer confidence to approach them at any time to resolve any issues they may have and to agree a resolution in a timely manner.
We are fully familiar with scoping insurance repair works across a wide range of differing schedules.
We are fully trained and experienced in claims validation and are fully conversant in general insurance terms and policy wording. This allows us to either validate a claim in full, or provide all the information necessary to enable the insurer, loss adjuster or claims manager to make the required decision on policy liability.
We ensure that works are started and completed on time and client systems are updated to ensure clear communication between all parties. We understand the importance of adhering to service level agreements and key performance indicators.
Completed works are inspected to ensure a consistent high standard of workmanship is achieved, all schedule works have been completed and that total customer satisfaction is obtained. Final accounts are then completed on all jobs to ensure works are invoiced accurately along with the required paperwork and certificates.
We complete regular calls to the customer throughout the claims process to ensure they are happy with how the works are going, and ensuring that they have ultimate satisfaction at completion.
